Next Generation, Same Vision: Panos & Lefteris Ninios Step into the Family Legacy

For Panos and Lefteris Ninios, architecture and engineering are more than just careers — they’re a family legacy. As the sons of Pavlos Ninios, founder of Ninios Architects, they’ve recently stepped into the firm that has shaped the built environment for over 35 years.

Armed with degrees from the University of Strathclyde — Panos with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil Engineering, and Lefteris with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Architecture — the two brothers bring fresh perspective and international expertise to the company’s next chapter.They have been a part of the  CLC family from a very young age  from mastering foreign languages to receiving university admissions mentoring for studies abroad.

Today, at Ninios Architects, the brothers are learning from the inside out — working alongside seasoned professionals in a company that integrates architecture, civil and mechanical engineering, lighting, geotechnics, interior design, and landscape development under one roof. Their role is not just to inherit, but to understand, evolve, and eventually lead with the same commitment to quality and client service that has defined the firm for decades.

As new members of the company’s leadership track, Panos and Lefteris embody the continuity and evolution of a family office — grounded in experience, guided by education, and driven by purpose.
