Konstantinos & Nikitas Bouras: CLC Supporters and the Vision Behind New Ventures in New York

Konstantinos and Nikitas Bouras are seasoned entrepreneurs with deep roots in New York’s business scene—and a lasting relationship with the CLC community. Longtime friends and supporters of the school, the Bouras brothers have shown their trust in CLC time and again, most recently by turning to us to help mentor and guide their niece and nephew as they pursued academic studies in the United States.

Today, the Bouras brothers are expanding their entrepreneurial footprint with a new venture: Mati Cafe, a Mediterranean-inspired, all-day café and restaurant located on Randall’s Island. Open to the public, Mati Cafi offers thoughtfully curated dishes, a stylish yet relaxed setting, and a welcoming environment just steps away from one of New York’s premier athletic destinations.

Mati Cafe at the Sportime Randall’s Island / John McEnroe Tennis Academy (JMTA) Members Club—a state-of-the-art facility offering elite tennis training, fitness programs, and private memberships. The club serves everyone from rising young athletes to seasoned professionals and active adults, creating a vibrant and active community in the heart of the city.

Thanks to this proximity, Mati Cafe is also becoming a natural hub for social and private events, with the ability to host gatherings in collaboration with the Members Club. From sports-related events and corporate outings to private dinners and social celebrations, the venue provides a unique blend of sport, dining, and atmosphere rarely found in Manhattan.

With more developments planned in the area, the Bouras brothers and their partners are helping shape a new lifestyle and hospitality destination—bringing together community, cuisine, and wellness in a dynamic setting.

Their continued success and commitment to excellence reflect not only their entrepreneurial spirit, but also the values of trust, connection, and forward thinking that tie them so closely to the CLC family.
